Maximum hygiene

Stainless steel impeller

This series of pumps can be fitted with an axial flow impeller for handling filamentous and solid-laden liquids and with an open-type impeller to ensure a higher hydraulic efficiency

Wide operating range

The LT series pumps can be fitted with 4 different pump casings to cater for a wide range of applications. They are designed to provide a flow rate from few litres to 900 litres per minute, with heads up to 35 metres

The LT series pumps have the following features:

• Pump casing and internal components made of AISI 316 stainless steel sheet metal
• All pump components are internally and externally polished to ensure the highest level of hygiene and a good hydraulic efficiency
• The inside of the pump has been designed to prevent the build-up of the pumped product, which could compromise its hygiene
• The pump can be easily taken apart and cleaned, without having to resort to special equipment
• The 1400 RPM versions ensure a more gentle pumping action for delicate or easily emulsifiable liquids
• Lightweight and compact construction thanks to its monobloc design
• Motors compliant with IEC 72 UNEL-MEC standards, widely available in all national and international markets should they need to be replaced or repaired
• Mechanical seal with EPDM elastomers

The LT series pumps are widely used in the food industry, where the highest level of hygiene and ease of dismantling for cleaning operations are paramount.

On request, the pump is supplied with a stainless steel enclosure to protect the motor and with a base fitted with feet to support the pump.

The pumps are supplied with DIN 11851 fittings as standard or, on request, with Gas thread, Macon or Garolla.
